Tendency- an inclination towards a particular characteristic or type of behavior

Coherent- logical and consistent
Belabor- argue or elaborate in excessive detail
Eschew- deliberately avoid using
Acquisitive- excessively interested in acquiring money or material things
Emulate- match or surpass
Banal- so lacking in originality as to be obvious and boring
Excoriation- harsh criticism
Congeal- solidify or coagulate
Carping- difficult to please
Substantiate- provide evidence to support or prove the truth
Temporize- avoid making a decision or committing oneself in order to gain time
Largesse- generosity in betowing money or gifts upon each others
Tenable- able to maintained or defended against attacks or objection

My Aries


Today I got my essay back, and was surprised to see that I got a B-. I was surprised because it is probably the only good grade that I have in this class. Also I never finished reading Young Goodman Brown, and did not know what to write about. I think that I still have an F or at least a D in this class.
